By accessing or using the EarnInMotion website, submitting an application, or using an application-status link, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use these services.

If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be at least 23 years old to submit a driver application. You must also satisfy the licensing, identity, driving-record, insurance, platform, geographic, and other eligibility requirements that apply to the requested program.

Meeting the minimum age requirement or submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a reservation, a particular vehicle, or access to any rideshare or delivery category.

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information and authentic documents that belong to you. You may not impersonate another person, submit altered or misleading records, or use another person’s application link.

You are responsible for reviewing extracted license information and correcting errors before confirmation. You must promptly tell us if information material to your eligibility changes, including license, insurance, driving-record, or platform-account status.

Vehicle descriptions, eligibility labels, estimated benefits, program features, and availability information are provided for general information and may change. Vehicle preference is not a reservation, and an approved application does not guarantee that a vehicle or rental period will be available.

We do not promise any level of trip demand, fares, tips, ratings, platform access, operating-cost savings, or earnings. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including the driver, market, charging choices, platform rules, and customer demand.

Before reserving or taking possession of a vehicle, an approved driver must review and sign a separate rental or vehicle-use agreement. That agreement may address pricing, deposits, payment authorization, insurance, deductibles, charging, mileage, maintenance, tolls, citations, damage, accidents, telematics, authorized drivers, prohibited vehicle use, returns, recovery, and related responsibilities.

If these website terms conflict with a signed rental agreement on a rental-specific matter, the signed rental agreement controls.

You may use the website and application only for lawful purposes connected to evaluating or requesting EarnInMotion services. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an application, account, system, document, or network.
• Interfere with service operation, security controls, rate limits, or other users.
• Introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape protected information, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Use the service to commit fraud, violate law, infringe rights, or misrepresent your identity or eligibility.

You agree that we may provide application notices, requests for information, status updates, disclosures, and records electronically using the contact details you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details current and protecting secure application links from unauthorized use.

Electronic communications do not constitute consent to receive marketing messages where separate consent is required. Final electronic-signature terms will be presented with the applicable agreement.

EarnInMotion may reference or integrate services operated by third parties, including rideshare or delivery platforms, verification providers, insurers, payment providers, electronic-signature providers, and linked websites. Those parties control their own services, rules, availability, and privacy practices.

References to third-party names or eligibility categories do not imply sponsorship or guarantee acceptance. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s current requirements.

The website, branding, written content, design, graphics, software, and other materials provided by EarnInMotion are owned by or licensed to EarnInMotion and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them only for personal evaluation and use of our services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information. It also describes license-image processing and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and application experience are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current, or that every description, third-party requirement, or availability statement will remain unchanged.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rental-specific warranties and remedies, if any, will be addressed in the applicable signed agreement and governing law.

To the extent permitted by law, EarnInMotion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website or application experience, including lost opportunities, revenue, data, or business expectations.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability resulting from conduct for which limitation is prohibited. Liability connected to a vehicle rental, accident, insurance claim, or signed agreement is governed by that agreement and applicable law.

We may restrict or end access to the website, application, or secure status experience when reasonably necessary to protect applicants, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service or withdraw an application, subject to records we must retain for legitimate legal, insurance, security, or dispute purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding concerning these website or application terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Chatham County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires another venue.

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The revised terms will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement governing the public website and application experience, while any later signed rental agreement separately governs the rental relationship.
